Refund policy

At Innovative BioCore, we take product quality, order accuracy, and secure fulfillment seriously. Due to the nature of our products and the requirements associated with their storage, handling, and chain of custody, all sales are finalexcept as specifically described below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact Innovative BioCore within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, Innovative BioCore may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, account credit, or refund.

Returns

For product integrity and safety reasons, Innovative BioCore does not accept physical returns of peptide products or other temperature- or storage-sensitive products once they have been shipped.

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, used, improperly stored, or otherwise removed from their original condition are not eligible for return, replacement, credit, or refund except where required by applicable law.

Do not ship products back to Innovative BioCore without prior authorization.

Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact us promptly so that we can review the shipment and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Innovative BioCore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation if the request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds and Credits

Any refund, replacement, or account credit approved by Innovative BioCore will be issued after the applicable claim has been reviewed. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
