Innovative BioCore™ Research Compounds

By purchasing products from Innovative BioCore, the purchaser represents and agrees that they are purchasing as a retailer, reseller, business, or other qualified commercial customer and accepts the following terms:

Research Use Only

All Innovative BioCore products are sold FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO).

Products are NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION and are NOT FOR DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC USE.

Innovative BioCore products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices and are not offered or intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

Statements regarding these products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Retailer & Reseller Responsibilities

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the resale, advertising, marketing, display, distribution, and handling of Innovative BioCore products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Retailers and resellers may not:

  • Represent Innovative BioCore products as approved for human use or consumption.

  • Make medical, therapeutic, disease, weight-loss, or other health claims regarding the products.

  • Represent the products as FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, or treatments.

  • Remove, obscure, or alter required Research Use Only or Not for Human Consumption statements from Innovative BioCore packaging.

  • Market or promote the products in a manner inconsistent with their Research Use Only designation.

Private Label Products

Private labeling is available on qualifying orders of 10 or more units per peptide/product.

Customers purchasing private-label products are responsible for ensuring that their branding, packaging, product descriptions, advertising, and resale practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Research-use and other required product disclaimers must remain clearly displayed on private-label products.

No Medical Advice

Information provided by Innovative BioCore, including information appearing on its website, product literature, Certificates of Analysis, packaging, or communications, is provided for general product and research information only and does not constitute medical advice.

Purchaser Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Innovative BioCore, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to this Retail Seller Disclaimer & Agreement and accept responsibility for the lawful resale, marketing, handling, and distribution of the products purchased.

Innovative BioCore reserves the right to refuse or terminate sales to any retailer or reseller that markets, represents, or distributes its products in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
